Lee is a native of Petoskey, Michigan. He began his culinary career at Walloon Lake Inn, in Walloon Lake Michigan. In 2013, he joined the culinary team at the Twisted Olive. Lee brings passion and focus to the kitchen and a quiet sense of humor. Lee enjoys water skiing and downhill skiing with his son Parker, in his free time.
